I suffering by fibromyalgia from 20 years. Heavy mind related and many abnormal Symptoms. Mainly problem lumber disc Area. That area spinal cord twisted and back Spasm, upper back, neck, leg pain, arms, solders And mouth, teeth, eyelids problems.

You have not mentioned details of treatment you are undergoing for fibromyalgia. Medicine therapy in fibromyalgia is effective and along with it you should do regular exercises/ at least walking. Don't worry your symptoms can be relieved by medication. The medication needs to be given by prescription. Consult a pain specialist in your city for treatment.
