My name is manish, and my diet is good but I am not getting muscles properly. I am 20 years old doing studies, so suggest me something that I increase my weight abd muscles as soon as possible.

Muscle growth and weight gain should happen naturally with diet and healthy physical activity. You can consider mild to moderate work out in gym. But many gym s suggest health drinks and other formulations, which are not recommended and in fact can turn out to be harmful, so kindly avoid those. Also consider your parents and grandparents weight and height, some times genetic things are way beyond control.
