Hello, on 5 week 4 days pregnancy I did my sonography my pregnancy was viable with good growth in embryo crl 3.4 mm, gestational sac and fetal heart beat of 117 bpm, but was showing bleed of 17 mm*8 mm around the sac but no vaginal bleeding. Same day I was given proluton depot injection followed by 2 more injection once in a week after taking injections I did sonography. Their was no fetus growth from the last sonography no fetal heartbeat was found and gestational sac was not healthy. Fetus was same 3.4 mm is it because of this infection I had missed miscarriage. Please help me to understand so that next time I don't take such infections I have read that this injections are given after 16 weeks not in 1st trimester. I don't understand suddenly how this took place.
