I was on medication for sleep disorder and anxiety. Lonazep 0.5 md and tryptomer 25 after dinner. I was feeling leg pain in the night and in the morning. Doctor told me to stop amitriptyline and after 2 days I am feeling better. So amitriptyline could be a cause of pain in the legs?

No, rather it is used to treat such conditions. I could not understand the rationale to stop same. Anyway, if it worked for you, continue with it but you need to discuss with your psychiatrist to start an alternative medicine to assist clonazepam (lonazep) in managing sleep and anxiety disorder.

Its okay. U can continue with it. But i'll suggest to consult a psychologist as well. We need to try to overcome the issue and also be free from medication.
