Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. However, there is no mention about actual fasting & after food blood glucose, as well as hba1c%. Without knowing these important facts no comments can be made about the treatment. Secondly, if one has confirmed diabetes then treatment has to be taken every day. Since one eats every day then drugs also are required to control the glucose rise every day. Another important aspects is that with a bmi (body mass index) of 39.73 k/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), you are almost in grade 3 obesity (morbid obesity). Your ideal weight should be about 71 kg, which means there is an excess of over 61 kg. This is a direct invitation for not only diabetes but many other ailments too. In this situation even a reduction of 10 plus kg will help in achieving a much better blood glucose control. If you have any questions please do come back. Please remember if you are eating every day, then drugs to reduce blood glucose nee to be taken every day. Thanks.
