Hi lybrate-user. This seems like panic to me. This is exacerbated by interpersonal conflicts. I work with such concerns. It also looks like there might be some trauma from your first marriage that is coming along. In the moment of panic, observing things you see around you and trying to describe them can be helpful. You can also turn towards your body and observe where you fele panic. Remember panic is time-limited. It usually doesn't last beyond an hour. While it is a hard time, you can find comfort in that it will be pass. Do let me know if you want to talk further.
