Hello sir, today, I am writing to get advice from you ??? few days back, I was having high cholesterol, low rbc count problem ??? sometimes I get severe pain in low back sides, then I got usg done which showed fibroid in uterus 17 mm sized but after one week, another usg showed no fibroid but cholesterol polyp 3 mm size on anterior wall of gall bladder, I started walking to reduce cholesterol but while walking I felt pain in my shoulders and arms, legs ??? after 3 days, pain is worst like I am unable to walk even slowly as when I stand suddenly or walk I get pain on the back neck I can't move neck properly ??? sometimes pain is radiating in back neck ???? I feel more weight than before and even when I stand for 1 hour then I feel heaviness of my body on my feet ??? my current weight is 67 kg with height 5'6 usg also showed minimal fluid in pod with bulky uterus.
