I am hypertensive. My bp tolerance has dropped to about 125 systolic from about 140 since I started medication two months ago. What this means is that at 125 systolic pressure I begin experiencing all sorts of bp effects such as chest pains, headache etc. I can now hardly engage in any physical activity.

Chest pain possibly could be gastritis pain or angina pain which is related to heart. Its better to consult a physician if these symptoms become worsen.
