I have cold and cough from 2 days .before 2 days I took sinarest tablet at 7 pm and after 5 hrs took alcohol at 12 night then was awake all night then again drank alcohol at 7 am morning and slept in the morning at 9 am till 4 pm afternoon again took sinarest after eating food then continued dose till today .after that morning no alcohol but from yesterday there a pain in abdomen or portion below belly while coughing .or when stomach or part is stretched. Pain is normal or medium. What to do.
