Is insomnia normal in thyroid? Because I have thyroid problem, recently in a report I came to know that my THS level is very high (13.8) but T3 and T4 levels are normal. It has passed about a week that I have not been slept well. I feel heaviness in my head and head-spinning (chakkar) but don't feel sleepy. My Dr. Prescribed me to take zolpil-10 (half tablet) in the night before sleep. But it didn't work. After 6 days I told my Dr. About this now she gave me the tablet Becalm 0.25. It was also not helping me to sleep. Can anybody suggest something?
