My blood pressure is 135/85. I am taking telma am in the morning. As suggested by you, I have started maharishi ayurveda cardimap but not sure, how many tablets should I take in a day and when can I stop telma am?

Telma AM has very very long effect for few months even after stopping. Whatever treatment is taken the goal is good bp control. Check bp monthly lifelong. BP should be less than 140 when resting comfortably

Hello, antihypertensive medication usually continued life long and stoping them may cause relapse however if you stop them then do exercise and good diet control and follow up with your nearest doctor. Good luck.
