I feel every second guilt and shame, due to some mistakes which I did in the past (i know those mistakes are unforgivable) in my office area everybody is indirectly avoiding speaking with me unless and otherwise mandatory because im in a team leader like position im trying to change the workplace, but can not, because of those thoughts I can not concentrate the questions and learning the answers for the interview what should I do now?

Dear, the only person that can forgive you is yourself. I know it is not easy, but let me tell you, we all have our weaknesses. We all have made embarrassing mistakes. But now its time to move on, mistakes are part of life, everyone makes it. Stress, if taken for long time, is the leading cause of diseases. Love yourself, make yourself a priority.
