28 y/o male with no pmhx. Suffer from sudden onset medial ankle pain during sports. Pain is pinching/needle like sensation inferior to the internal ankle bone. Pain present for 1 day. Pain is a 3/10. Aggravated with certain movement. Can bear weight with minimal discomfort. No tenderness, bruising or radiation of pain. Hx of lateral ankle sprain in 2013.
