I am fourth year medical students gender female age 22 years I have back pain that started 3 month ago and it was mid thoracic and iterscapular with burning sensation and I had to sit for longer time for study but it did not resolve even after correcting posture and it radiated to corresponding ribs and sternum at that time but it is now in interscapular region with feeling of burning pain and it occurs almost daily and worse with sitting sometimes and go away with walking go away with rest and nsaids naproxen I use but it does not work and I am taking snri trazodone on one of doctors prescription but I don't have any anxiety I am worried because of upper back pain I could not study and am disturb please tell me about my diagnosis and treatment.
