I did abdominal scan recently, so the result said I had hepatomegaly and also did full blood count, so the result said there's a slight toxic granulated neutrophil in my blood. What can I do?

Treatment should be done on symptoms not based on reports. I cannot say anything without seeing your reports. Hepatomegaly has many causes like fatty liver, increased metabolism or heart failure. Slight increase in neutrophil if total wbc is normal. Than it is a normal finding. Discuss your problems and reports in a text consultation so I could suggest you something.
