I am 30 years old. 3-4 years back I used to exercise and jog regularly. My heart rate at rest used to stay around 65. Although I know the benefits of an active life, currently, mainly since last 2 years, due to work pressure, I have a sedentary lifestyle with almost no physical work involved. Now I see my heart rate at rest has gone up and stays in 80 to 85 range. Is this increase in hear rate a signal to any underlying health condition? Is this a reason to get worried?

It could be or only a kind of loss of faith in yourself. If you can not exercise, at least do controlled breathing to rejuvenate your mood. I ll explain you if you call me and get professional help. I ll also advise one or two herbal infusions to be drunk to see the changes in 15 days but continue for some time. Ifs and whats will take you nowhere. Consult now.
