My question is that, I didn't feel hunger and I didn't eat proper food like 4 5 days because I didn't feel to eat. What's the case?

Hi, Lack of hunger can be due to the rising heat and external temperatures. Just keep yourself well hydrated if you don't have appetite for food then have Milkshakes, Juices, Fruits, Coconut water, Lassi etc. Have fresh cut cucumber and carrot. Have light meals like Curd Rice or Dal khichadi. Have an Orange with black salt before starting a meal.
