My mom has had bypass surgery for heart and has high bp. She also takes blood thinners. I am looking for a good vitamin d supplement for her. I have heard d3+k2 is good and that k2 is required for vitamin d absorption. But I also read that vitamin k is not good for those who have bp or those who take blood thinners. So I am confused about which vitamin d supplement is best for her. Can anyone suggest a good d supplement that people with heart problems can take? And the dosage too.
