I am 43 years old woman. I have dry mouth. I feel thirsty. So, I drink 2 glasses of water after every half an hour. I go to washroom after every 15 minutes. I am having frequent urination. I have no sugar. Should I drink less amount of water? How much glasses of water should I intake in a day?

Normally about 8 glasses of water are recommended in a day. Having too much water will cause you to go to the washroom frequently. Dry mouth in your case may be due to your medicines. Please speak to your consultant to modify your medication if possible. Meanwhile you may try to moisten your lips when thirsty rather than necessarily drinking water all the time.
