Hello sir. Very sad to hear. Please revisit your doctor to check on overnight fasting blood sugar, 2 hours postprandial blood sugar, hba1c to review and increase on your dose in anti diabetic drugs. Always have drugs and diet plan hand in hand. Here your diet plan. *diabetic diet plan* *early morning:* brisk walking - minimum 3 kms / cycling - minimum 5 kms for 20-30 minutes per day for 6 days (sunday can be given holiday) vendhaiyam + karunjeeragam - 1 tablespoon soaked in water previous day night. Walnut - 1 nos. *no coconut to be mixed in any of the food* *morning :* no tea / coffee milk without sugar / without naatu chakkarai of any kind. Dosa with minimal oil: wheat / kambu/ varagu / kuthirai vali / kelviragu - maximum 3 nos. With pudhina /tomato / malli / karuvepillai chutney *strictly no coconut chutney* or kambu kool - 2 big cups. *11. 00 am - snacks:* 1. Fruits: koiyakaai (not koiyapalam) / apple / navapalam/ perika/ madhulai. Or 2. Boiled / molakattina sirudhaniyangal - karuppu kondaikadalai or pasi payaru. *1.00 pm lunch:* *strictly no rice* 1.
