I am a 29 year old male, my height is 172 cm and my weight is around 63-65 kg. I had a routine blood checkup last day and figured out that my bilirubin level is 2.9 mg/dl and bilirubin direct is 1.1 mg/ dl rest of all the lft & rft tests are in the normal range. The variation is seen only in the bilirubin level. Nb- I workout daily and and my water is comparatively as I get dehydrated often. Request to please help me to understand this situation and please let me know if I consume more water and reduce strenuous exercise will this be cure.
