I have below findings in my mri report what should I focus on? Mri lumbosacral spine: mild diffuse asymmetrical disc bulge with small posture-central disc protrusion noted at l5-s1 level indenting the anterior thecal sac, however, no significant spinal canal stenosis or radiculopathy seen. Mri both s.i. Joints screening. Stir hyperintense marrow edema seen in sacral and iliac aspects of right sacro-iliac joint with surrounding mild soft tissue edema - likely acute sacroiliitis. I'm experiencing pain in right side generating from hip, please let me know what shall I do further.
