Hi. I?m on a weaning plan for valium atm. I been taking 40 mg citalopram the last 2 months. Find anxiety getting worse and 40 mg didn?t change anything. Could this be too much citalopram? Should I go back to 30 mg also is citalopram (celexa) better for anxiety than lexapro? If I did change can you make a switch straight away from one day to another? Also would cbd be any help. I have read that it can have and effect on citalopram, while some people say it?s fine can l thiamine help while weaning valium? Does it have a better or worse effect on the valium?
