I am a 18 year old student. I experience extreme neck pain when I study or lower my neck. All symptoms are of service. When I consulted doctor he refused it to be service and gave me some medicines, but it did not help me. Please suggest me what should I do. Please tell me some natural ways to fight it. Thank you.

Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 2 weeks. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Along with this, maintain an upright and good posture. Consult a physiotherapist. Get back to me thereafter.
