I have lately developed an extreme fear of flying (aviophobia). I have flown hundreds of times in flights. While i’ve never been very comfortable ever flying, i’ve lately developed a huge fear / sensitivity about turbulence (probably due to strong turbulence faced in the recent past. I feel i’ll have a panic attack. When the turbulence was become strong and I was getting scared, I took etizola 0.25 but that didn’t help much as I was already panicking. I need to become comfortable with flying soon again as I need to board a 7 hour flight in 2.5 months from now. Please suggest a solution.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear that you have developed this fear. Although quite common, it can be highly disabling for the person suffering. I suggest you start an anti-anxiety medicine and therapy for the same after consulting a psychiatrist. Etizola is a mild anxiolytic, it won't help much if your anxiety is strong.
