Hi. I?m on anxiety medications - ciplar 10 mg and esteem 0.25 mg since one month. Last night I had kind of anxiety attack and was feeling breathlessness and also I feel difficulty in swallowing saliva. I can swallow food and liquids easily but sometimes I feel the saliva gets stuck in throat. Is this something to worry about? Or is this post covid symptoms? I had cavity in 2022 january. I also feel fullness in ears all the time just like when a person go at higher altitude.

You need to firsr check with an ent surgeon, if he says your throat is fine similar complaint can come in anxiety disorder. The medicine already given is very mild and may not act. Consult an astute psychiatrist and seek remedy. Good luck.
