When I stand holding my breath 2 or 3 times and I raise my arm up I faint for a few seconds. It doesn't happen often, sometimes it happens to me. Why did this happen to me?

I cannot understand your question properly but from what I understand is that you might be doing something like sit ups holding your breath. It's simply because your brain cannot survive without oxygen so it shuts down for sometime and you feel fainting. Extending your arms simultaneously increases this by narrowing and compressing the blood vessels going towards the brain. It could also be possible if you have some other disease which increases by doing this maneuver. Need proper evaluation and history before a treatment could be suggested.
