Hello l'm 30 years male I have knee pain, just before 14 days l checked my uric acid level which was 8.7 so doctor prescribed me different medicines such as, tab febustat 40 mg bd for 15 days and tab colchicine 0.5 mg tds 3 days, I have been avoiding red meat, high protein diets like beans and cottage cheese but have been consuming some tomatoes but I have still been suffering from pain I mean to say there is still pain in my knee so I want to know why i'm suffering badly although of avoiding such a high protein diets?
