I I have been suffering from depression for the past 3 years and on medication. Mirtaz 7.5, depran forte. And the issue is that it have breakthrough episode during rainy season for the past 3 years, that time my doctor increase mirtaz from 7.5 to 15. I still do not know when can I stop it ir will I ever come out of this shell and will yoga helps along with medications?

Thanks for putting up your query. Relapses suggest that the illness is not completely addressed or illness is progressive. Also depends forte contains escitalopram and clonazepam, and clonazepam being 'needed' for such a long time means illness is not completely addressed. Please discuss all issues with your doctor on follow up.
