I have been suffering from linear mucosal breaks <5 mm noted at the lower end of esophagus and diaphragmatic pinch at 42 cms, z line at 39 cms lax les. Hill's gr ii. Patchy mucosal hyperemia noted in antrum. As per my endoscopy report dated 25/01/2023. Feeling pain in right side of upper abdomen frequently. Grade I fatty liver. Treatment done at aig hyderabad from 27/01/2023 with (1) tab sompraz 40 mg (2) cap colospa retard (3) riximin 550 mg for 3 months. But no relief till date. Also taking stent medicine for heart angioplasty since april 2022- brilinta 90 mg, ecosprin 75 mg, imdur, evion, rosuvas 10 regularly.

You need to change your diet habit. Try to take only two fixed meals. Dinner before 7 pm. No fried food or spicy food. Avoid tomato?s and tamarind. No water with food. After food immediately half glass of hot water. After 2 hrs of food 1 liter of water.
