Have pain at back in the sciatica nerve can't sit and can't travel in bike unable to walk properly have pain only in the evening and night please suggest me home remedy and. Pain is there for almost 3 weeks working in it field 6 months back had issues and again its coming now 8 months back had accident also. Please tell what to do next and can it be cured without surgery.
