I'm 21 male, I don't know if my problem is medical or psychological, but i'm trying to find a solution, I can't eat most of meats, such as red meat, seafood, chicken meat except in some ways like a fried chicken, barbecue chicken, also I can't eat eggs most of the time, sometimes I can eat boiled eggs but thats rare, I have a very limited list of food that I can eat and thats making my life a suffering, and I don't know if i'm taking what I should have of vitamins and proteins.

It seems you had an episode of food poisoning which altered your gut microbiome, hence you have developed food intolerances causing symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating and diarrhoea. You can try over the counter pancreatin with each meal. Eat only warm cooked food, reduce fiber, reduce grains, reduce green leafy vegetables. Easy to digest foods include bananas, black grapes, citrus fruits, potatos, grilled fish. Drink only mineral water, avoid r.o distilled water. Sleep 8 hours. Get enough sunlight on bare skin. Practice diaphragmatic breathing. Good luck!
