Am rahul am 25 years age. I have checked my glucose level 1 ate at afternoon 1 o clock I checked my glucose at evening 7 o clock .my glucose level shows 92. I need to know weather it was normal or abnormal. I have repeated episodes of balinthis. I was using fluconazole 150. Nd applying clotrimazole. Along with azithromycin 500. I have report episodes of balinthis but this time it was like ulcers and too painful. Please I need permanent solution for this. Am getting cutting of fire skin that fire skin further. spreading to gland penis forming ulcers. Why am getting cuts.

As regards the balanitis infection, this needs local application of anti - fungal greams, systemic antifungal drugs plus antibiotics. Sometimes the infection tends to be recurring then treatment needs to be repeated. However, if the problem is too persistent then circumcision is recommended.
