I have taken sildenafil a couple of times, i am 26 years old, and wanted to know if feeling chest discomfort, or feeling like something is wrong with my heart normal? Or is it just anxiety?

Sildenafil should not be taken as self medication. Usually at 26 years it is also not given without exploring the causes for ed and checking the cardiac status. Better consult an astute physician, get evaluated and then if fit and indicated, you can take the same. Good luck.

It’s highly unlikely that 2 doses of sildenafil causing such symptoms. Basically sildenafil won’t be in your body after a day as it gets eliminated. So if you still has chest tightness which is continuous consult your physician and get it evaluated. We never know for sure without evaluation but yes that chances of those symptoms just due to your anxiety are high and chances of those symptoms due to sildenafil are almost nil. But I advise you to get it evaluated if you have continuous chest discomfort to rule out other possibilities.
