Hey I am 19 years old ! I was being prescribed to use sunscreen of spf-30 so I want to ask if I use spf-50 instead of spf-30 , is this gonna be good for my skin ? Spf-50 will provide more protection than spf-30 right ? So should I go for spf-50 ?
