Hi lybrate-user, according to your information, you had anxiety for 7 years and were on petril beta 10 for 3 years. Is the petril beta prescribed by a psychiatrist/physician or started taking by yourself. It is not good to take for these long years. You need to start on antianxiety medications and psychotherapy. Better to consult an expert (psychiatrist) for long-term management. To overcome anxiety you need to practice 1. Early morning stretching exercises/yoga/any other physical activity 2. Meditation 3. Organize your day with a proper schedule and try to finish it. 4. Practice breathing exercises one more suggestion practice jpmr which is a relaxation technique (guided technique available in youtube) suggestion for you to consult an expert for further management.
