My inner foreskin had a white spot that was treated with penicillin shot in feb. Over the course of time, the spot is gone but the skin is very thin and tears every time I have sex. Also at times I notice swelling in the spot with transparent fluid coming out and swelling in lymph nodes in the groin and pain in testicle. I got a 7 day amoxicillin tablet and the spot looks healed but the inner foreskin still has burning sensation. I'm not sure what's the issue. The std test has been negative and I have had safe sex so far. How long does the after effects of antibiotics treatment last and how long should I wait till I engage in sex. Please recommend any food diet and exercise to improve sexual health and penis health and precautions to prevent any std or uti.
