If fhr is good then that?s only the concealed bleeding of previous haemorrhage but still if you experience excessive bleeding then visit your nearby obstetrician.

Hi .stay calm.in subchorionic haemorrhage there can be spotting on and off (because inside collected blood ).however if bleeding is more and fresh blood/@pain better to visit your doctor.

Hi medications you are taking are good enough for bleeding. Whatever blood is inside doesn't have a way out except vagina, so you may experience spotting or brownish diacharge for sometime. Important thing is you need to be in touch with your gynaecologist for further scans and if bleeding is more than spotting or passing clots do visit your gynaecologist. Regards.
