I had sphincterotomy in 2018. Now when I lift weights, I start getting inflammation in rectum. But lifting weights is essential part of my fitness routine. What can I do to lift weights and not have rectal inflammation? For now I apply vaseline everyday to rectum so I heal next day, helps to some extent when inflamed.
