Two days ago my finger got scratched by rusted nails. I went to local state govt. Hospital and the nurse gave me a shot of anti-tetanus. Before that shot I took a single shot of t.t (tetanus toxoid) along with anti-rabies vaccine on 27th april 2016. Now I have two questions. One, when I asked the nurse at the time of 2nd shot of tetanus she said that one shot of tetanus is valid for 3 months. Now my question is, I took 2nd shot of anti-tetanus within two months from the first shot (t.t). Am I overdosed? Is there any risk? Second, will the 2nd shot of t.t make any bad effect on anti-rabies vaccine?

You do not overdosed & you do not need to worry about any risk. Both vaccines have different mode of action so it do not effect the anti-rabies vaccine.
