Muscles cramp, poor vision, heaviness in brain, ??? ?? ???? ??? ????,back bone pain, poor food digestion, getitial part pain, pressure downward.???? ?? ?? ??????,tiredness, sometimes insomnia. This episode star from 5 years. Now it's be more complicated. Sometimes heart pain happen, body part septum feel like separating. Pls.tell me sir what type of disease I am causing.

I don't think there is on single entity or type of disease covering the various complaints mentioned and present for 5 years. While it is important to know chronological order, medical interventions done, results obtained are necessary, I will advise simple solution i.e. If not done is to consult an experienced physician - internal medicine with ready list of all these complaints and all previous records. You further need a detail history taking, thorough clinical examination, relevant medical investigations, and further management as well as follow up. There may be strong element of psychological upset due to stress or anxiety which may also have to be addressed after first part treatment is completed.
