Hello I have a persistent and dull pain in my upper right quadrant which sometimes travels towards the back same position …! I had my gallbladder removed through laparoscopy on oct 2021 …. Since then I never faced any abdominal pain until now …! I did ultrasound 2 times which shows everything normal! I did endoscopy which said I have antral gastritis. I was prescribed to take pantoprazole before meal and colospa x and zenflox oz which did not help. After a week again I was asked to do a full abdominal ct with contrast …which said “1-c junction appears pulled up. There is evidence of diffuse peritoneal fat stranding. Few subcentimetric hypo-enhancing mesenteric lymph nodes seen in right lumbar region. Bones and muscles without obvious abnormality on windows filmed. Opinion:- ct imaging findings are suggestive of infective etiology. Correlate clinically to rule out abdominal koch' my doctor said nothing to work about just continue the given medications. I am worried.
