Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Erectile dysfunction is a known complication of long term diabetes due to affection of micro-vasculature of penile muscles, this condition will not improve even if you have very well controlled glucose levels now. There is a need to take a drug like sildanafi (similar compounds) l as and when required. Along with this strict glucose control also needs to be maintained. Thanks.
