Plz help me from the pain! I am having pain at l5-s1 level and severe pain to my left leg due to which I am completely on bed rest. Unable to sit, stand or move. Even having pain while lying also. My mri report findings: 1. Straightening of lumbar spinal curvature (spasm). 2. Diffuse posterior and bilateral forminal bulges with annular tear at l5-s1 level indenting thecal sac with narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and neural foramina and resultant compression of bilateral traversing and exiting nerve roots. please help me. I don't want to go for surgery.
