I've had an ultrasound taken and all organs there seem fine, i've also had colonoscopy and endoscopy and all is well. The pain has been there for over an year.

Since all the other investigations seem to be normal and pain in the spine seem to be triggered by cold, most likely it might be due to a evoked neuropathic pain wheren neuropathic pain is triggered by cold, mild pressure applied on the area. Osteoporosis, b 12 defeciency are some of the other causes. Please take a consult for further evaluation ,and treatment.
