My name is priyanka, age 27, I have skin problem like pimple open pores, pimple spot, my skin is very oily ,doc I am using tretinoin cream 0.5 since 2 month I am facing purging on my skin like more pimples and white head black heads should I continue cream? I have used this cream 8 years before my doc suggested me that's why I started again it but I don't know how to manage purging, should I use other ingredients with this for purging, I use this cream in night after that moisturizer, and in the morning I use moisturizer and sunscreen, please suggest.
