27 year old female, I was having a scary heart palpitation lasting for about 2 mins after walking. Should I be worried.

If you are having these palpitations occasionally, most probably there is nothing to worry about. However, if it is frequent and persistent you should get an ecg done.

Palpitations can happen at any time ,even if you are resting or doing normal activities. Although they can be unpleasant ,palpitations are common and in most cases harmless. They are usually not a sign of any thing serious. However try to avoid trigger factors like 1. Stress 2.alcohol 3.anxiety disorders.
