Hi! I got bit by a street puppy while I was petting one of the other puppies. It bit around my wrist through my shirt. It pierced my skin. I washed the wound with water and thought it was not a big deal and didn't get vaccinated. This was 1 and a half year ago. Recently I learned more about rabies which got me worried about the old bite. I have not yet experienced any symptoms and I feel fine. Should I be worried? Will getting vaccinated now be of any use?
