The earliest sign is missing a period. Therefore if she has missed her period I would advice she do a urine pregnancy test. Other than this she can complain of tiredness, nausea etc;

Hi lybrate user, if her periods r regular n she has missed her periods, she can do pregnency test n check. Early pregnency symptoms r vomiting sensation, vomitings, weekness and abdominal cramps. Umay not see these symptoms so early sometimes.
