1. Getting a dental implant is also a great option as it eliminates the need of adjacent teeth support and also un-necessary rct. Below dental bridge bone continues to shrink and cause problems if future where as there are very low chances of bone shrinkage around implants. There are many advantages of getting implants over bridge provided you are fit for implant surgery. For more accurate diagnosis you have to visit a dental implantologist. If not willing or can't go for it due to unavoidable reasons then you can go for dental bridge. 2. Zirconia is better than pfm crowns as there are chances of porcelain chip off from metal and it it happens at contact point of adjacent teeth then it may cause food lodgment between teeth and subsequent problems like pain, sensitivity, pus formation etc. Hope this helps!

Helo mam no root canal is required if your adjacent teeth is fine and zirconia bridge can be done directly. You can also go for dental implant to save your adjacent tooth.
